Mutual respect is key in ant relationship. Although we've moved and have another dealership closer, our loyalty is to the dealership that has accept us as family. Babelon helped my husband and I get into the perfect Q7 for our family. He even said that when we walked in as we were trading up from an A8L sedan. He was honest and real from the beginning and he treated for our family. He even said that when we walked in as we were trading up from an A8L sedan. He was honest and real from the beginning and he treated me with respect as a woman being at a dealership by myself. After going back and forth on the value of my trade, we finally made a deal. I would highly recommend working with Babelon because he delivered on all promises he made. My only frustration was the amount of time we waited at the dealership for the finance manager - one of them walked out at 8:30pm (Gene) and we had to wait until 9pm for the other finance manager (Tomas) and we had our young son with us. Tomas made the process happen quick and painless, which was great, but it was a pain to wait so long with a young child. More
