Initially, DePaula tried to cheat on my lease. After exposing it, they conceded. A concession was to include complimentary service. I had to “remind” them EACH time, otherwise, they wanted to charge me! exposing it, they conceded. A concession was to include complimentary service. They did, but, again cheaped out on the deal. They made $3,000…they gave me $200. I would NOT recommend them to friends. More
