The Finance side of the experience was not as good. We verbally agreed to an extended warranty that included 80,000 incremental miles, but the contract that was presented to me, which I unwittingly signed, was for 80,000 total miles. 4 weeks later, I'm still trying to resolve that issue.

It seems they just don't care and ignored my problem. Good luck ever getting my car into their service department! This was my 2nd Hyundai I bought from them. First one had a transmission problem their service department denied existed. Independent transmission repair shop found it and fixed it. Will take this new one to another Hyundai dealer for maintenance.
