I called the number, they had no idea what to do with me calling about a review. I sat on the hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. Again a pretty poor experience and another thing you guys don't do well. Perhaps you should evaluate your process before you ask people to call in and have no process to as you said "work toward a resolution".

This dealer is , a lier, cheating , scamming, switching
on their world , said one way and turn around do another way , when i deal with them for santa fe calligraphy hybird for payment is $900/months for 6

but back from beginning when i step in the dealer, Ryan and the team was very nice and generous and friendly, they make me feel like i find the perfect dealer for the car i want , they got 100% if my trust , so i signed all the paperwork, and got the car and leaving the dealer around midnight with out checking the car because i was trusting them 100% and that was my biggest mistake of my live 😔😔😔, love the car driving the car and i was though ,i was so lucky to have the car i want , but i just find out the car not Hybrid like the car i was deal with the dealer , because they giving me not santa fe calligraphy hybrid, because I didn't know much about car😔😔😔😔
I was contacted them back and they said nothing they can do , i know this is my biggest mistake to trusting them
Now trust is gone and I really really hate this dealer and will share about i got cheating, lying and scamming about this dealer , and specially about the saleman , when i was texting him at the bottom of his heart he know what the deal i was talking with him that why he said he will ask the manager about it, and he get back to me and just said its was over 30 days so he can't do nothing, that mean is he knew he was scam me , lie to me and cheating on my deal with him
