Jean Marc has a genuine, outgoing personality and displayed exemplar customer service, both when communicating with us electronically and in person. He was always responsive and willing to answer any questions leading up to our first visit and test drive. During our first visit to the dealership, Jean Marc took time to sincerely get to know us on an individual level and to learn more about our lifestyle and interest in purchasing an A4. Since this was both me and my fiancé’s first car purchase, we were naturally apprehensive about the entire process. Jean Marc being an Audi enthusiast himself was able to answer any outstanding questions and concerns we had about purchasing our A4. During our visit, I told jean Marc I wanted to wait and think it over for a few days. He was completely understanding and I felt absolutely no pressure. He allowed us ample time to mull over our pending purchase and he remained in contact over those few days. Once we returned that following Monday, he was extremely agreeable in working with us to ensure that we received a fair and comparable deal on our A4. He took time to review and go over our purchase with us, document by document. And I had A LOT of questions. We decided to return to Rockville Audi not just to purchase the A4, but because we couldn’t imagine purchasing a car from another salesperson. Jean Marc made the entire experience enjoyable and really went out of his way to ensure that we received top notch customer service, and as new customers. His friendly demeanor and educated approach made us feel at ease and we became friends throughout the process. Jean Marc cares deeply and genuinely about his customers and Audis, and merging the two into one. He was a delight and probably one of the only reasons we now have an Audi: I have a general disdain for luxury car dealerships, the way they treat people, and Rockville Audi is no exception. I have an even greater disdain for most car salesmen, and for good reason. So when I say we enjoyed every minute of dealing with Jean-Marc, I hope it carries some weight with others who are concerned about similar issues. Our phone calls and visits to the dealership were originally fraught with problems and an absolute lack of interest in selling or leasing us a vehicle - likely based on misconceptions about how serious we were about the purchase......and I had long left to not return, until Jean-Marc contacted me by email to ask that we come back. He was a dealer I had not dealt with. Having had traumatizing experiences where we were mislead by yet another Audi dealership in Arlington, I gave him my bottom line pricing for an Audi Q5. For weeks he would write back with the pricing redone, and it was not where I wanted it to be, and I would politely refuse. He was very polite, and understanding of our poor experiences with Audi in general. He explained everything very well and with prompt replies. He was never pushy, or trying to drag us in. Instead he kept promising to work on trying to get to our pricing. He promised he would never mislead us, and he would work until he got us a deal. And he did. I was contacted one day with the pricing we had set as a limit. He came in late evening with little notice on his day off to do all the paperwork with us because it was the only time we could come in. He stayed there until 10.30 pm to go over every thing with us, one by one. He told us a little about himself and his life. Here is a well-educated young man who works very hard, and I hope he works his way up the company ladder, as he is a major asset to them. He has a great sense of humor and is very mellow and understanding of the buyer's circumstances. He is persistent and a great salesman, with wonderful rapport with his clients, all the while not being pushy or forcing you to buy any extras. Even if he disagrees with your statements or opinions on the car or the deal, he has a graceful manner in explaining his point of view. I cannot believe we actually enjoyed our interactions with a car dealer, something that has never happened before. Thank you Jean-Marc! More

He helped me locate the car with all my preferences - iit is really a dream car!
