Much of the initial communication was done over emails and texts. This allowed me to respond to everything at my convenience, without pressure. I was provided with answers to all of my questions and for everything that I needed to know up front about the vehicle. The visit to the dealer was very pleasant and the inspection & test drive went very well. After the purchase agreement, Jeana helped me with the installation the Volvo App on my phone, and she followed through with the list of everything that was supposed to be included with the vehicle, when it was delivered.
