Jeanie Converse finance manager at Jim Marsh Jeep is only interested in one thing, how much money she and Jim can steal from your pockets!! I have excellent credit and she gave me one of the worst money fac interested in one thing, how much money she and Jim can steal from your pockets!! I have excellent credit and she gave me one of the worst money factors on a lease costing me $40 per month on a lease payment. I’ve been in Vegas over 30 years and know a lot of people so in the end it will cost Jim Marsh sales. Jim Marsh and Jeanie Converse obviously don’t understand what karma is. It always comes back to you in spades!! I must add my salesman, Aaron Alexander wasn't part of this nightmare and deserves a great review. I would buy from him again but not at Jim Marsh's. More

WOW!! I just had a conversation with Mark Grim, General Manager at Jim Marsh Jeep. Allow me to also state before delving into the content of the call that I went into this with no expectation of anything changing other that there be an understanding of what actually occurred. Mark Grim states in his response that he wanted to "address my concerns directly," yet when I call and explain who I am he asks, "How can I help you?" Amazing he posed that question when he's the one who requested I call him to discuss this issue! Did he think I wrote a negative review because I was looking for something? Unlike him I'm a person of principal and integrity. From the moment he answered the phone my impression was he just wanted to go through the motions and get the call over. He has no concept of what the purpose of this call should have been. It would involve something called "HONESTY and DISCLOSURE!" What I discovered in speaking with Mark is he's just as deceitful as Jeanie Converse and just as big a liar as she is. He totally wrote his response because he was told or felt compelled to put something on this platform and was completely uninterested in discussing anything relevant. He wasn't interested in discussing this in a professional way he wanted to just quash it and hope I went away. No need to say anything more other than I wonder if Mark understands the term "Customer Service!" He would never make a GM at a dealership back in the Midwest and probably made GM here because he was a cheap purchase. Again BUYER BEWARE when going to Jim Marsh Jeep! All they're interested in is separating you from your money! I stand by everything I stated in my previous review of Marsh and his dealership and everything in this response to Mark Grim! Maybe with my purchase Jim Marsh can now include dessert with his lunch!
