I came in for a test drive loved the car and signed the paperwork. We began talking about the surprise and she even helped me schedule a sneaky delivery while my wife and daughter were out running errands. I was able to hide the car in the garage and see the priceless look on my daughters face when they pulled into the driveway and opened the garage! Couldnt of asked for a better experience! More

Awesome Experience Dealt with Jordan Smart and Jeff Alves in finance. These people bent over backwards to please me. I changed my mind three times on the car I wanted. Dealt with Jordan Smart and Jeff Alves in finance. These people bent over backwards to please me. I changed my mind three times on the car I wanted. First time was the offer before finance. The second time all paperwork was signed with expected future delivery. A day after I checked some things not to my liking and Jeff said come back and we'll change it, We discovered an oversight on Jordan's and my part (8 passenger SUV vs 7). They cancelled my order and found another vehicle to my liking. All paperwork had to be redone. There was no hassle they just knew I wasn't happy and did their very best to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Hat's off to you both and Sam Quina who worked behind the scenes approving offer after offer. More

I was not feeling well that day, I was not in a good mood, my nerves were shot, I was exhausted emotionally and I was not up to going through all of this after the accident, but we had no choice. I checked on vehicles online and the more I studied safety reviews and comments, Larry Miller Hyundai was looking the best. I can't tell you how glad I am to have made Larry Miller Hyundai my new car dealer. When I got out of my rental, there were several people already greeting me, which was nice right off the start. They opened the door for me and were there to help me with anything I needed. In no time at all, I felt calmer, more in control of myself and began to look forward to the possibility of a new car. There were several people who took care of me from beginning to end, carefully walking me through this whole process, and answered any questions that I had. My decision was a 2020 Hyundai Tuscon and the car drives like a dream. The color is beautiful, the amenities are amazing and all that the car has to offer and what this car can do out on the highway regarding my safety is the best I've ever had. I am thrilled with my car. The next day I came back again because I had thought of a few more questions to ask and when I pulled up, they were right there to answer my questions immediately. Two days later I was called to ask how my car was and if I ever had any questions to come by as often as I needed to. I am 65 years old, and I have bought several cars in my lifetime and I can tell you that this is the best experience I have ever had...BY FAR! I only wish that I had come to Larry Miller Hyundai years ago. More

I also had a great experience with their service department on an older vehicle that they repaired for me. Overall, I could not recommend any dealership more than Larry Miller Hyundai in Peoria.
