Jeff at Ed Martin was great to work with. Since I live 2 hours away I could not get to the dealership before they closed. Met Jeff for the first time last Monday and purchased a new car the same day. I immediately felt at ease with Jeff and felt zero pressure to purchase. More importantly my wife felt very comfortable deali new car the same day. I immediately felt at ease with Jeff and felt zero pressure to purchase. I usually dread going to car dealerships, but this experience was a total 180. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly and inviting. What really impressed me was the negotiation process. I never felt they were trying to pull a fast one or hide fees. They were completely transparent and willing to work with my budget to find a middle ground.
