Very bad experience with this employee went there for a problem he sent me a message saying all the stuff need to be replaced and it was all under warranty and then he came up with $4000 worth of stuff tha problem he sent me a message saying all the stuff need to be replaced and it was all under warranty and then he came up with $4000 worth of stuff that needed to be done went on the voicemail. He sent me. Everything was under warranty. They had my car for over two weeks And they did nothing with it. Finally, Jeff Babbitt said all I needed was oil crazy how this all turned out, I will never trust them again. I wish I could post the voicemails and all the text on here so everybody can see how dishonest they really are More

Multiple times when I was working with Chris multiple times I asked to talk to Jeff. I also left two messages for him. Never returned my call until after I got with the general manager, reminded you my c times I asked to talk to Jeff. I also left two messages for him. Never returned my call until after I got with the general manager, reminded you my car was there for two weeks multiple different excuses by Chris I would not trust this dealership at all ever again. Jeff calls me back and tells me that it was just low on oil, but Chris told me that the timing chain, and some other things that I had replaced needed to be replaced and it was all under warranty. I have voicemails and text. I wish I could show everybody it’s like you can’t trust nobody anymore. I sure will not trust the dealership. More

I went to see him after I had problems with service. He listened to the voicemail. Read all the text messages and said this isn’t right. The sad part about the whole thing is when somebody doesn’t stand He listened to the voicemail. Read all the text messages and said this isn’t right. The sad part about the whole thing is when somebody doesn’t stand by the word the word supposed to mean something and it didn’t he told me when I came in there I would be happy Monday to hear the results. All I heard was you needed oil after I had a voicemail telling me that the timing chain went out of my car and then other problems just sad. I will never do business here ever again and I’m hoping to get in contact with the CEO so he can listen to the voicemail and the text back-and-forth. Beware. More

Bought your 2000. 00 oil change package. They picked up vehicle called me a couple hrs later wanting to do a thousand dollar in service work on a vehicle with less tha 00 oil change package. They showed me a whole list of services that supposedly been done to the vehicle before purchasing.Now the ac isn't working since they dropped it off. Don't know if they blead the line checking everything or just trying to get more work. I will not purchase another vehicle from any cable Dahmer dealership and will highly discourage everyone from doing the same More

Had an unfortunate experience with service dept. diagnosis and recommended fix. They fixed something that was going to become a problem but was not the problem the vehicle was brought in for. So, diagnosis and recommended fix. They fixed something that was going to become a problem but was not the problem the vehicle was brought in for. So, after a $3,000. charge the problem was not eliminated. To further complicate the matter, I think I was furnished a defective loaner and charged for a new tire after it was reading low tire pressure when I got home. Have been a long-term customer, purchased new vehicles and had many more serviced. This experience has put that relationship in jeopardy. I didn't go into all the details, but the dealer has the information. I do live 25 miles from the dealership and needed the vehicle, so I had to get the alternator relaced elsewhere. More
