If I could give them a zero, I would. They switched to some sort of AI-based phone system a year or so ago, and it's been a complete cluster ever since. They never call you back, lie about doing so, then blame the AI when you catch them. They had our brand new truck in service for almost a month trying to figure out an ignition issue, and finally DIY bypassed the OEM wiring harness to "fix" it. Amateur hour over there. I would give them 3 stars if they just we super slow and sloppy on service, if that was the extent. The communication issues... saying they will call you, not calling you ever, then lying about it... thats another 3 star ding for a -1 rating. They stink. Scheduled service is atrocious too. Dropped off vehicle for oil change waited for hours, asking for updates, got home and my wife had gotten a service txt that the vehicle was ready to checkout hours before they wandered out to the waiting room to tell me... it's just an uncoordinated mess and they ALWAYS ALWAYS use their 'newness' and 'new technology' as a crutch. More
