He answered my questions and personally verified the vehicle's condition for me - which included letting me know about the scrape on the rear bumper. Jeff was accommodating and kept in constant contact throughout the entire transaction. Jeff's customer service was genuine and greatly added to the whole experience. Toyota Bountiful was easy to work with and provided a reasonable cost to transfer/ship the vehicle from Utah to Arizona - WAY more reasonable than other national auto dealerships. The pictures on the Bountiful Toyota website were accurate instead of "stock" photos that were seen on other dealer's websites. Scott from Deliver It, Inc. kept us informed on his status and let us know when he was an hour out. Scott was friendly and cordial. We were impressed he knew as much about the vehicle as the dealership - he completed the positive experience. Thank you Bountiful Toyota for restoring my faith in internet car sales. More

Their finance manager (Ghassan) was equally impressive and made it a point to explain all of my options to me and then he worked one on one with the bank I financed through to get me the vehicle and the financing I wanted. I have always dreaded buying a car but now that I have experienced this new level of customer service I will never buy a car anywhere else! More

We liked the the van so we got it it's been a week and the check engine light is on and it needs a oil change you think if they had there own shop they would change the oil before they sold it but ok and its going to be 80 to get a diagnostic which if I just bought it I think it should be free. So I wouldn't recommend them I just hope it's a minor problem and I don't have to park both car's. More

VERY DISAPPOINTED... Purchased a 2012 Camry several years back with Toyota Bountiful. Great experience. However we went to trade the Camry in a few weeks back. I have never been so insulted by someone in the retail business. Auggie was extremely rude, arrogant, and totally ruined any chance of repeat or future business from us. We left and went to Larry H Miller and got the exact deal in 30min that we had spent over 2 hrs trying to get from Bountiful. Never going back. Someone should explain to Auggie how to treat people, ESPECIALLY in the customer service industry. Jeff and Ian were exceptional, and worked diligently in trying to make a deal work. More
