I called on a truck that I saw on the website and talked to Johnny Gibson, who answered all my questions I had at that time. I test drove the truck went inside to talk price and set up an appointment for Friday to have a trade-in appraised. I arrived Friday morning traded my vehicle in Johnny took me to the service and parts departments where I ordered a set of mud flaps. I am very happy with my buying experience and will definitely Johnny and Beau Townsend to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. More

I was in need of a new Ford F-350. Jeff Columbro was very helpful is both his knowledge and willimgness to answe my questions. Chris York made the paperwork easy and went over my options. The gentlemen above seemed to be of high character. They didn't push a hard sell on me and really went out of their way to make me feel at ease with the whole experience. Jeff's son did a wonderful job on detailing the truck and I met the folks in the service department who seemed very friendly. I was amazed at the number of cars and trucks the dealership had. The selection was amazing. I even talked with many of the salespeople above who took the time to thank me for buying at their dealership knowing they would not make any money off the sale of the truck to me. The company seems to to understand that goodwill is the mightiest force in the universe and they have earned mine. More

Hello I would like to say that it was very refreshing to Hello I would like to say that it was very refreshing to deal with Jeff, I had been shopping for this truck for 3.5 months, I had been to my local Fo Hello I would like to say that it was very refreshing to deal with Jeff, I had been shopping for this truck for 3.5 months, I had been to my local Ford and Chevy dealers here in Houston only to play the games, dealing with a salesman that had to go talk to his boss, back and forth wasting my time. I first found this truck on the internet, called Jeff made sure the price was as advertised, and it was, he sent me the credit app, I was approved, used my air miles to fly there, Jeff picked us up at the airport, he had all the papers ready to sign, we were in and out driving home in about 1 hr. I will call Jeff again when my son is ready for his new truck in January 2013. Thank You so much Paul More

The dealership was well stocked. The salesman was not only knowledgeable but very helpful without being pushy.
