I had been searching for a specific Audi TT and found it online with Cochran. I cannot say enough about Jeff. He was excellent from the first phone call. I wanted to have the car shipped to me since I am online with Cochran. I cannot say enough about Jeff. He was excellent from the first phone call. I wanted to have the car shipped to me since I am in TN. He went above and beyond taking care of this. We had a few quirks with the shipping but it was out of his control. He was always in touch with me on what was going on. I also worked with Joyce and she was also fantastic. The dealership has some great people working for them and these days good customer serivce is hard to find. I have never bought a care site unseen but this was a great experience.
