He was very straightforward and was not pushy at any time, as I had experienced with other dealers. I was extremely comfortable making a purchase from Jeff. Heyward took the time to go through all of the aspects of financing, and put into plain language all of the legal aspects of the financing papers that I signed that day. Jeff took the time to walk through everything with the JX. Once we finalized on a price we met with Heyward. My wife and I had been pre-approved for a low intestest rate which Heyward, Shawn and Jeff were able to beat through Infiniti financing. All 3 apologized many times about the experience from their sister dealership. My wife and I have purchased many cars but this was our best experience at any dealership. Jeff, Shawn and Heyward made us feel that they valued our business and us as a customer. I would definitely recommend Cochran's Monroeville Infiniti dealership to anyone in the future. More
