To simply put it, don't buy your car here. This dealership will rip you off and from my experience has terrible customer service. I drove 2 hours to buy a car from them and when I get here they hav dealership will rip you off and from my experience has terrible customer service. I drove 2 hours to buy a car from them and when I get here they have already sold it to someone else. This is after I have confirmed an appointment with them. So then they sell me a different car that does not meet my needs and ripped me off. This was my first time buying a car and I was unlucky enough to pick this place. This is why car salesmen/women have a terrible reputation. After I expressed my frustrations to them they said they would buy the car, they just sold me for less money... All in all this place is just a joke and full of crooks. Learn from my mistake and do not get anything from here! More

They treated me like a princess, found the car I wanted, the color, the interior, the features I had on my wish list. It was the second new car I bought by this particular dealer. My biggest problem was a sensor light always on, in my 12 years old Mazda..... I could not sell it. This was the first dealer (3rd Mazda store), I went who took the time to take a look and fix right away the problem!!!!!! Thanks again. Meanwhile I drove 950 miles and I'm very happy with my choice. More

There was no pressure or hassles whatsoever -- just a listening ear and friendly, patient, knowledgeable help in choosing the car (a 2014 Mazda 6) that best suited our needs. When we finally decided exactly what we wanted -- in a color and package less readily available than most -- Jeff left no stone unturned in tracking it down for us. It was still at the port and destined for a dealership in Kirkland, Washington, but we got it in just a couple of days. My husband and I are in our 60s and have had some really, really sour experiences with previous car shopping over the years, so this was a wonderful turn of events. Definitely, Power Mazda will get our future business, too! (P.S. We LOVE our new car!) More

My wife and I went and purchased a new car this last Friday night. Jeff's shift ended at 5pm but was willing to stay late (and ended up staying till 8:45pm) to make sure we were taken care of - taking Friday night. Jeff's shift ended at 5pm but was willing to stay late (and ended up staying till 8:45pm) to make sure we were taken care of - taking us on test drives and showing us the different cars. He was honest with the price from the get-go, treated us with respect, and not once did he push a car on us. Jeff ended up detailing the car himself as the detailing person had already gone home. He never once gave me the run around that every other dealer did. I worked with him over e mails, texts, and phone calls and I trusted him more than the people I met in person trying to sell me cars. I typically don't trust salesman, but these people are truly amazing! They got me in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I never once felt taken advantage of or as though my time was being wasted. I'm an extremely picky person and Jeff took a lot of time finding me the exact car I was looking for. I drove three hours to get my car from him since I felt comfortable with him. He definitely earned my business and I won't hesitate to use him again the next time I buy a car! Thank you Jeff! More

I got a great price on my new Mazda. I was lied to on my trade-in. I was told that the title was branded, that they would be lucky to be able to wholesale it, and that they would give me only $700 for it. I trade-in. Within 3 hours, I asked to pay them $700 for the vehicle I traded in and have it returned to me. I was told that it had been wholesaled before I left their lot. The next week, I saw my former vehicle listed on Craigs List, ON THEIR LOT, for $5999. I was a fool. I do not begrudge them a profit. I do object to their multiple lies. How do they live with themselves or look their children in the eye? More
