Jeff Dales was the perfect sale person, very helpful but not aggressive. If we buy another Honda and Jeff is available he will be our sales person again. All of the people we met at Bommarito were friendly and ready to help. The excellent experience did not extend to the delivery of our vehicle. The dealership was very busy the day we purchased our vehicle and I think the vehicle preparation was rushed to the extent that the interior and exterior of the vehicle were not cleaned as you would expect a new vehicle to be. I worked that night and the next day to properly clean what I could. Quality of work rated 4 stars below due to condition of delivered vehicle. Price rated 4 stars below because the sale experience was so good I didn't press for more discounts. I think there was still a little room to negotiate. More

My sister and her husband had just purchased a Honda Odyssey 2012 and really liked it. My vehicle was totaled and I needed a vehicle pretty quick. They really liked their experience and their salesman Odyssey 2012 and really liked it. My vehicle was totaled and I needed a vehicle pretty quick. They really liked their experience and their salesman Jeff Dales. So I asked them to have him look and see if he had a good used van with 8 passenger, etc. He looked and was able to find what I needed. We came from Springfield, Illinois and gave him only a short notice we were coming and he worked us in. We discovered that the vehicle hadn't been detailed as it should and he got right on having it set up to come back for the service. He checked with me the next day to make sure everything was still good. So overall it has been a wonderful experience. Also I LOVE the vehicle!! Thank you Jeff and thank you Bommarito Honda. More
