I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to him. Service staff are very friendly and have always been willing to answer any questions I have. For example, I just spent time with the Parts and Service staff questioning them about turbocharger reliability. (I remember turbochargers from the the 1980's and am still leery of them.) More
