Pros: - Got a car I really like - Sales associate was polite & kept looking for a car when I wasn't there - Low-pressure salesman - No attempt to sell me "add-ons" Cons: - Nobody greeted me when I walked in the door or asked if I need help - Sales associate was rarely at his desk at time of appointments (nobody to go look for him either) - Low-pressure salesman, but other employees were more pushy - Finance employee was condescending and tried to rush through paperwork - Long times spent waiting with no communication as to what I was waiting for or how long it'd be - Had to walk on a bad deal to get a good deal (just give me the good deal while I'm there) - Possible misalignment of front end not investigated before purchase despite assurance (wasn't misaligned, but they didn't even bother to check) Overall, it was a fine dealership. I've been to a lot and while I've had better experiences elsewhere, Bommarito was just above average. Read up on negotiation tactics because, unfortunately, they will pay off here. At a great dealership, you wouldn't need them. More

On our second visit he was thoroughly prepared with previous information requested, he provided professional customer service, was thoroughly organized, answered all questions and did not waste time in providing what we needed to complete the sale of a lease buy out and purchase of a new vehicle. Great experience in salesman (Jeff Dales) having all the paperwork prepared and ready for signature. This action truly saves a bunch of time! Thanks Jeff. He was never pushy in trying to sell and met our requests and needs perfectly. The office has a great atmosphere and we hardly had time to grab a free ice cream because that is just how short of time we spent processing and completing our transactions due to Jeff being completely prepared.
