Attentive, accomodating, and no pressure I walked on the lot intending to look at the Honda Accord, look at different options and colors. Jeff was very helpful in steering me to the appropriate part of the lot, let me look around while he took care of someone with whom he was already working, and got back to me when he was finished. We sat down and discussed options, and I felt comfortable with the trade in amount he offered for my vehicle. He also explained a Labor Day sale. There was no hesitation on my part, as I knew about what I wanted anyway, having owned an Accord before. Jeff continually dropped in and kept me updated as I waited in the waiting area for a finance person to finish up and take me in, not leaving me wondering how long I was going to wait. Even though Jeff was involved in several things at the same time, I did not feel like I was being pushed aside. My kids also loved the ice cream, of course. At all times from start to finish I felt I was getting what I wanted, the dealer was not pressuring me, and I drove off assured that I got a good deal, a good car, and the promise of service should anything come up.
