However, had I not had a backup offer on my trade in, the purchase would not have been possible. Their evaluation of my trade was to say the least "insulting" 50% of fair trade in value even bottom of rank as "Fair condition" is not an offer that should be accepted by anyone. Lucky for both Bommarito and myself I had a standing offer to sell the vehicle outright to another dealership for 2 times Bommarito's offer and that is not even trading on a vehicle on their lot. Bommarito, Please know that if I had not had a back up plan you would not have had a sale at all as it was out of my budget without having the "REAL" value of my trade in as a down payment. And, if you were not the only ones with exactly what I was looking for, your offer would have driven me away. Bottom line, I received a great deal on the purchase just had to do it the hard way... Shopped for a new CR-V for my sister-in-law. Jeff Dales gave us the best price and was very pleasant to deal with.
