My son bought me a Lincoln and I was quite impressed with the service we received from Tucker and Jeff at Ford Lincoln of Franklin. Professional, courteous, and in and out of the dealership with our new vehicle in a relatively short period of time. Would highly recommend using the Ford Lincoln Team in Franklin, TN. Also, profs to Kevin Carter for not having us spend a year and half signing the paperwork. All the finance and title documents were explained thoroughly and therefore the whole process was easy to understand. More
