After going back and forth several times on various configurations, Jeff consistently gave me the best offers. Once we arrived at the dealership, we test drove the vehicle we were interested in and had all of our questions, concerns, etc. completely addressed with full transparency. Jeff worked with the sales managers and finance group to meet our numbers (Ryan did a great job getting us great financing). In comparison to previous car buying experiences, this was the least strenuous. More

Excellent experience I typically lease my cars and the end of the current lease was approaching. Because of previous experiences at other dealerships that have taken 4 hou I typically lease my cars and the end of the current lease was approaching. Because of previous experiences at other dealerships that have taken 4 hours or more, I have a distinct dislike for the process of turning in a car and leasing a new one. However, Jeff Dawson, the Sales and Leasing Consultant, communicated with me by email prior to my visit to the dealership and had the paperwork ready when I arrived. I checked my watch as I walked in the door and again as I drove off the lot. The entire process was concluded in one hour and twenty minutes. Every person at Ford Lincoln of Franklin was pleasant and Jeff was exceptionally friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
