A couple Friday’s ago, I had a flat tire and was stranded about a mile from Interstate Ford. I called Jenna in Service and she arranged for Charlie to come change the tire, get me back to Interstate to air about a mile from Interstate Ford. I called Jenna in Service and she arranged for Charlie to come change the tire, get me back to Interstate to air up the “donut” and sent me on my way. All I can say is WOW!!! In these times when customer service seems to be out the window, Jenna and Charlie went above and beyond my reasonable expectations to take care of my problem. My husband and I have dealt with Interstate Ford for many years and this is just one of the many reasons why. Your entire staff is professional and courteous and always have the customer’s best interest at heart. Thank you to Jenna and Charlie for turning a bad situation into a very good ending. More

This dealership tries to do the very least and doesn't care at all about the fact the I am without transportation. My truck has been in their service department three times for every issue. terrible dealership. my truck motor blew and they wanted $15k to replace it. first off ford ecat showed the motor for $5125. dealership was trying to sell it to me for $7200. so a $2k markup. second, the la $15k to replace it. first off ford ecat showed the motor for $5125. dealership was trying to sell it to me for $7200. so a $2k markup. second, the labor book ford goes by says 11.1 hours for removal and reinstall of the motor and 2.9 hours to transferthe existing parts over. they wanted 30 hours at $180 an hour. complete rip off. theres a reason dealerships get a bad rep, and this is why. run away from this dealership if you value your money More
