I felt that the sales staff was there to put pressure on the customer to purchase extra item that are reall needed. I purchase a GMC product and i do not need to be told that my GMC will break down often a the customer to purchase extra item that are reall needed. Noticed the inventory on-line and liked the pricing so called to make sure vehicles were available and visited with Jeff. Showed up and test drove vehicle and decided to purchase.
