Jeff was absolutely wonderful! ! I walked around the car lot for a bit just to see if someone was going to ask me if I needed help! When I arrived to the lot I arrived for an oil ch ! When I arrived to the lot I arrived for an oil change for my Lexus is 200T and decided well, while I wait I’ll browse the lot. As I walk a guy comes over and says, “Hi are you being helped by anyone?” “Are you interested in anything? I turned and said actually yes, long story short, I am now a new owner of a Lexus RX 350L, thank you Jeff, for taking the time to meet my needs patiently and efficiently. The total process took less than 2 hours. Thank you Dan, who helped work me into the SUV of my dreams!! I have seen myself in this SUV for years, this was truly a dream come true!! Thank you Steve for your generosity and promptness as well! More
