In general, the work here has always been reliable and reasonably priced. My 2022 Leaf, though, has them stumped. The driver's door continually sags. I took my 2023 Rogue into Uftring Nissian to get a button on the steering wheel fixed. As I was checking in the service adviser informed me there was also a software update recall, and asked if I wanted that on the steering wheel fixed. As I was checking in the service adviser informed me there was also a software update recall, and asked if I wanted that done while I was there, I said yes. They offered me a ride to work, but I stayed as I was sure they would have to ordered the part, and would have to come back. In a little under a hour the service adviser came into, the waiting area, and informed me all repairs were done, and I was ready to go. Very happy with the time it took, and impressed that they keep so many parts in stock. More

This dealership was not transparent with the cost. I was told that the $170 diagnostic fee would be subtracted from the total cost of repairs and it was not.
