Bought my car in 2018 from Jim O'Neal and always took it there for service. The quality and professional has steadily gone down hill. I confirmed by phone weeks prior to taking my car there this week that i there for service. The quality and professional has steadily gone down hill. I confirmed by phone weeks prior to taking my car there this week that if I dropped it off they would get the oil change and brakes done. When I dropped it off they said maybe. They called an hour later said they wouldn't be able to do anything today. When I picked it up they had done the oil change and said the brakes were fine. I asked why I had to put my foot through the floor to stop. They said we have to have the mechanic look at them another time. They tried to charge me $75 dispute a coupon for $45. Took 8 minutes to get that fixed. I asked where my car was so I could leave and they said guess I'll have to find one of the guys to bring it up. I asked why they didn't put the number painted on the parking spots in the paperwork so I could just go to that spot. Will never go there for service again. More
