I was having the oil changed. There was a problem with the drivers side front door. I kept reviewing the app to get my status, but aside from a 50% status rating, there was no detail. I finally had to ask my service rep for a status. That was around 11:00 am. He said it was at wash then and I would get it back in a few minutes. The few minutes turned into an hour. After I left I tried using the windshield washers but there was no fluid. My experience in the past has been that you checked fluids and topped them off. Maybe I’m wrong. Since the fluids weren’t checked, then was the oil actually changed? At this point I don’t know.
