I initially set out to car shop and find the vehicle I wanted, regardless of where it was from. However after speaking with Steven at Genesis Englewood it became clear that there was going to be a much d wanted, regardless of where it was from. However after speaking with Steven at Genesis Englewood it became clear that there was going to be a much different experience in purchasing a vehicle like this from an authorized Genesis dealership versus another car dealer. The whole process felt straightforward and honest, which aren't always the ways a car dealer will leave you feeling. In the end, I assigned a value to this and opted not to shop around many different cars at different dealers and purchased my car here. From this point, I moved forward in the transaction with Jeff who was helpful and thorough in our communications and ensured that everything that needed to get done was done so that we could finalize the purchase on the day we planned. I've now had my new car for several days and am beyond pleased with having chosen to buy from here. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a Genesis consider purchasing from this dealership. You will get the high-end experience that one would expect from a high-end product like Genesis. More

First & foremost, I have been an Audi driver for the past 9 years & to be honest, I did not feel that a Genesis would ever be on my short list of vehicles. Notwithstanding, here I am leaving a review. I've d 9 years & to be honest, I did not feel that a Genesis would ever be on my short list of vehicles. Notwithstanding, here I am leaving a review. I've driven Benz, BMW Lexus etc., & although I love my Audi, something finally pushed me to test drive a GV80 Prestige (Perhaps its due to all of the head turning I have done when I come across one of these beauty's on the road) Bottom line, I'm in love The car is not only gorgeous, but also drives incredibly smooth- not to mention the loads of safety options & technology. Genesis definitely went all out on this one, & I am the proud beneficiary of that creation. Now, don't get me wrong, I was mostly sold on everything I have mentioned here so far, but I was a bit reluctant on pulling the trigger as my research showed concerns with owners having their vehicles serviced at a Hyundai facility. Not saying that should be a bad thing, but IMO, a luxury vehicle of this magnitude should be serviced but techs that know this vehicle inside & out & the ambiance should speak to you as well - ergo, Genesis of Englewood & Jeff... From the moment I walked into the showroom up to meeting Jeff after our brief phone call - I was totally impressed. What a beautiful location & par for the course with this car. Jeff was very professional & did not beat around the bush about anything-His no nonsense full disclosure approach made me an immediate customer- he was wonderful, but the car did add leverage as well lol. What I truly appreciated was that he clarified before having me drive an hour to their location that there were no hidden fees - I truly appreciated that truth as a refreshing start to a straightforward discussion. Truth be told, a previous deal that I was entertaining on the same vehicle with another dealer started off that way until the paperwork came out & illustrated $5k+ in extras... No thank you. The entire team at Englewood proved that sales does have to have to be a dirty word. My compliments to Jeff, Matthew & Steve the service manager. A wonderful experience coupled with a wonderful car - can't ask for anything more. Come by Genesis of Englewood - & ask for Jeff, you will be happy you did. More
