They had an agent, Mark Torelli, contact me about my interest. After communicating through email for about a week, I was able to come in and look at the cars I was interested in. Mark had each of the four cars I asked for ready for my wife and I to test drive. After deciding which ones we liked, Mark and the team at Pete Moore set out to find a car to my specs. I felt no pressure to purchase or alter my wants. They worked with me to give me the best trade in and deal possible. Within a business day, my wife and I were driving two new cars home. Mark's professionalism, experience and true customer service made this the best experience my wife and I have ever had purchasing new cars. I highly recommend Mark and the team at Pete Moore. More

Best car buying experience ever! We have purchased several cars before from other dealers, but this was by far the best car buying experience we have had. The salesman, Mark, was sup We have purchased several cars before from other dealers, but this was by far the best car buying experience we have had. The salesman, Mark, was super helpful. He showed us everything we wanted to see, but he never put on the pressure for us to buy. I was so surprised by that. He was extremely patient with us as we sorted through our choices, answering our questions, and letting us drive different models to find the best car for us. And I think we indeed found the best car for us. We are very happy with the car we purchased. We were also very pleased with our dealings with the manager, Jeff. He was very courteous and gave us a fair price. This seemed so different than past managers at other dealerships we have been to. The ladies in the cashier’s office were also super friendly. And last, but certainly not least, was the finance person, Jennifer—she was sooooo nice! She was able to get our financing where we needed it to make the purchase, and she worked after hours to finish the deal so we didn’t have to come back to finish it the next day. We did wait until the next day to pick up the car, because they wanted to do some extra clean up on the car before we took it—and it did look good! As we were outside inspecting the car, Jennifer came out and spoke with us, congratulating us on our purchase. She didn’t have to do that. And she seemed so genuinely happy for us. Now, I know that it is a car dealership and it is their job to make the customer happy in order to try to sell you a car. But our dealings with them went so much beyond that. They never pressured us and truly seemed interested in helping us make the best decision for our next car, whether that was buying with them or not. I would definitely recommend them. More
