However, my love for the VW Atlas is strong, and we decided to give VW another chance to earn our loyalty. Let me just say that this was BY FAR the BEST car buying experience I have ever had in my life. The customer service at Pete Moore was exceptional. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured in the least, and were offered the best deals with absolutely ZERO nonsense. I would recommend this dealership and Ernie (most down to earth sales guy I’ve ever met) 100%! While we plan on actually keeping our new cars for a long time, Pete Moore has earned our trust and business, and we will definitely shop here first if we’re ever in the market again. He asked 3 or 4 questions and narrowed down what I wanted. He pulled around a car I had not looked at and it was beyond perfect! It had everything I wanted, even additions I hadn’t told him about. Everyone in the dealership was so friendly and treated us like family. We have worked with Mark before for my husbands Passat, he is the reason we can back. Jeff the manager and Josh in finance were amazing also! Josh gave us some exceptional credit and money management advice and worked with several lenders to get us the best value. Excellent, Friendly Service - Top Notch. I walked in to Pete Moore Imports this past Saturday not really looking for anything in particular. To be honest, I was just giving my mom a ride to t I walked in to Pete Moore Imports this past Saturday not really looking for anything in particular. To be honest, I was just giving my mom a ride to the dealership; Nick Mason happened to be outside when I pulled up and immediately engaged me in conversation. I went from "I just started shopping today" to test driving a brand new 2019 VW Jetta in about ten minutes flat. When I say brand new, I mean the car was pretty much still in the wrap. Phenomenal car, but the real star of the show was Nick and company's great customer service. Nick was receptive to what I was looking for, asked for my price range and later on when we drove the Jetta, he was extremely knowledgeable about the car. He even took the time to show me how to sync my phone up to the vehicle and utilize all of its features. Nick was friendly, personable and did not pressure me at all. Needless to say, I ended up leaving the dealership with the car. Huge shoutout to Nick for great customer service. If you need a new car, he is your guy - top tier. Also wanted to extend a big thank you to Ernie, Jeff, and Josh for all contributing to making my buying experience the best one yet. This is the place, people. More

He paid attention to all the small details in getting the car ready for pick-up, such as setting up my phone and making sure I understood about the app for the navigation that needed to be downloaded to my phone. He didn't rush us. And yet, didn't waste our time. He was efficient at closing out the paperwork and completing the registration, too! Jeff Korel was great to work with!
