Excellent Service for This Customer With Unique Needs My husband and I recently bought a VW Beetle from Pete Moore for our daughter. She has a physical disability and while she is able to walk, she drives with hand controls so the things we had to consider in purchasing a car are non-typical, to put it mildly. My daughter and I went in initially without my husband and our salesperson, Rick Cribb, was incredibly helpful. He wanted to understand her needs and concerns because he asked questions and made suggestions that were truly helpful while we were considering the car. My husband went back a couple of days later to attempt to negotiate a fair deal and he was every bit as complementary as I had been after the first visit. We had done our research beforehand and the deal we received was fair and actually exceeded our expectations. In addition, Jeff Korel, the sales manager, was knowledgeable and helpful in working with us after the sale on VW's assistance program for mobility modifications. We would absolutely return to Pete Moore Imports! More

I started my search several months ago with Charlie Rotenberry. He developed some medical issues that required him to recommend Rick Cribb, as my new salesman. Rick helped me narrow down my choices of vehicles to buy. An out-of-town family emergency caused Rick to have C.J. Jenkins help me on the day I needed to buy my 2017 VW Golf Alltrack SEL.
