We told Lyn what model of Tiguan we were looking for and she delivered and We are out of State Buyers and we are really pleased with the Tiguan that we bought. . Mark, Rich and Jeff the manager are honest and straight forward absolutely "no hassle" sales people who helped to get me into the car I desired. I was the one who actually walked away to test drive other vehicles before making a decision on a Golf GTI. While I was gone the car I was interested in actually sold. My fault, not theirs. This team went the extra mile to earn my business and found me an alternate model that was actually more to my liking than the original car. The buying process was absolutely no pressure, including Rich the finance guy who did not spend time trying to up-sell me anything more than I asked for. I really recommend these guys over anyone else in the area I have dealt with. I have lived in Pensacola for over 20 years and they are the best, hands down! More
