I have been a customer of theirs for over 12 years, and they have never let me down. During this transaction I ordered a new VW GTI in April of 2015, but because I was late in getting my order in, the manufacturer pushed it back to a 2016 model. While I did not want to wait for 8 months to get my new car, it ended up being a blessing in disguise. Not only did my sale rep CJ Jenkins keep me informed on the process of when the car was scheduled to arrive, he also had everything filled out and ready to go when I arrived to pick up my new 2016 GTI. Additionally, Jeff Korel was very helpful with pricing because of my extended wait time. Service manager Rich Lord has been my go-to-guy for many years. He is someone that I fully trust for information and ideas on how best to maintain my cars. He is truly a class act and a major asset to the Pete Moore Service Team. And when it comes to needing parts or accessories for my cars, Joe Greer is The Parts MAN!! Overall I am extremely happy with my new car and my overall experience with Pete Moore Imports could not have been better. Everyone there that I have had the pleasure of working with was professional and courteous during every visit. There is no doubt I will be going back for many more years. More

Great Experience! I worked with James for a few days. He patiently let me drive 4 cars to aid in my decision. I drove a few more and decided that i really wanted a VW. So we went looking for another vehicle in several car dealer lots to see what was out there that would work for us. However, when we drove in to Pete Moore Volkswagen parking lot there was a different sense to "customer service." We were welcome by several sales reps, and got help right away. Gray DeStefano took us to look at several cars and SUV's on that visit. On the second visit Gary took us for a test drive in a 2015 Jetta se and we were convinced that was the car for us. The feel and ride were smooth and the 1.8T engine sealed the deal. We noticed that all of the sales reps at this dealer ship were professional and knew how to talk to customers. Gray was outstanding and made working with him easy and fast. We liked the suggestion he made to us about the different models and made sure we were 100% happy with the new purchase. When we were introduce to Kim Gilbert the Business Manager we knew Pete Moore had the right people working there. Again "customer service' was top shelf. Gary's Chief Sales Rep was also warm and friendly with a professional attitude. All in all "I Highly Recommend" Pete Moore VW to all my friends. More
