I had been in contact with another dealer about picking up a car. The day previous to going to the dealership, I was even called by that other dealer's salesman and talked into coming in early. I arrived to no vehicle, and them attempting to sell me their loaner vehicle. I called Pete Moore right there in their parking lot, and spoke with David. He apologized and said he had one vehicle left that I was looking for - a 2022 Volkswagen Jetta SE. David brought it around, sent me pictures of it, and let me know it was waiting for me. I drove an hour to Pete Moore Imports from that other dealership. Upon arrival, we were treated with respect, sincerity, and care. David was sure to give us his full attention, answer all questions we had, and ensure we were comfortable. Sales Manager Jeff also came by to talk with us, and we realized we live near each other. This conversation and treatment was what sealed the deal for me. I knew then and there we were working with people and not dishonest salesmen. David walked us through everything, ensured we had everything we needed, and stayed beyond their closing time to ensure we were taken care of. On our way out, their financing team stopped us and let us know they were even able to get us a better rate! Not many dealers will stop you and let you know they were able to save YOU even more money! Our buying experience was flawless. David and the Pete Moore Imports team took a really frustrating start to the day, and made it one of our positive and memorable experiences ever! Thank you! More

Rob Brazie was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Ron was not overbearing and didn't try to pressure us into buying the vehicle which was a plus for me. This allowed us to talk freely about what we like or didn't like about the vehicle without any sales opinions. I moved here from anther state and in that state a sales person has to be in the vehicle when it was being test driven. More

We bought a car for our daughter on January 8. The sales experience was pleasant, but there was an error on the finance paperwork preventing us from getting her tag. It expires in six days. We’ve only been told by the dealership it would take a couple more weeks. I have left messages for the finance office, and the new car manager with no return call. The salesman is clueless and just says “he doesn’t know how this happened.” I realize that mistakes happen, but this is a car dealership and this should be normal process for them. We drove two hours from out of state to make the purchase. Our daughter lives a couple of hours away from us at college. Very disappointed in this customer service! More

We loved the features, price, and the personal touch that Pete Moore provided. Jeff, the floor manager, gave us the option to test drive at home for the weekend since my wife was too uncomfortable to make it to the dealership during her pregnancy, can you say awesome! This was really the best thing he could’ve done because my wife was sold since we got to test drive it without the long ridiculous hours some can expect to put in during a vehicle purchase. Fast forward to December 2021, our 2021 Atlas was totaled and we came right back to Pete Moore after trying to shop around for other vehicles. We looked at Kias, Subarus, and even Jeep but none of those came close to what we wanted and the sales experience at these other dealerships was not the best. We really don’t even know why we tried to shop around the second time. Rob Brazie is the best salesman. He is exactly who I walked in and talked to when I went to purchase my 2022 VW Atlas. He didn’t even have any new Atlas there yet so I waited and it came in exactly when he said. We knew what we had with Pete Moore VW and Rob Brazie, honesty. I know that’s a hard word to hear in car sales but Rob is up front. There’s no hidden nonsense at that dealership. Thank you Jeff and Rob for the awesome experience. More
