He answered a million questions I had, has a great sense of humor, knew all about the vehicle I was interested in (I did hours of research & tested him on it) and there was absolutely no pressure what so ever throughout the entire process. He took all the dread, stress and anxiety out of buying a vehicle. Manny & Jeff happen to be there also which was a bonus! They are as funny in person as their commercials. Shortly after my purchase I happen to find something very minor I just wasn't happy with & called Raul. Thought for sure I was going to get the brush off but just the opposite happened! Next day Kevin in the service department called me & I explained what I wasn't happy with. Kevin asked me to bring the vehicle in to see what my concern was. He checked everything out, told me it was something they would take care of & scheduled a time that was convenient for ME to get it fixed. This is really a great place to buy a used car. The reason I say this is that me and my family have bought different kinds of vehicles from Prestige and in every case things worked out well. We started out with their buy-here-pay-here financing (our credit wasn't good at the time) and just recently purchased a 2010 fusion at a great price and a great rate. These guys really take care of you after the sale too. They have a full service department with no less than 7 or eight mechanics and that really helps out if you need quick service. I'd buy again from them in the future. Recommending them is no-brainer. More
