I was trying to wait for my tax refund before I bought a car, but my car died. I called Prestige Auto Mart in Westport MA and explained my situation. My car salesman Alex came to my house and picked me up, which was very nice! He told me to bring my plates because if I found a car I would be driving it home that day. He was very down to earth and only showed me cars that were in my budget range. He wasn't like a lot of salesman trying to push vehicles on me. It was honestly the best dealership I have ever dealt with! As he did the financing with Manny the Owner and the man on the commercials, I also talked to him and his top workers and they were all very friendly. Next I went in to see the business manager Leslie and she had all my paperwork complete. We went over everything, she was very polite and explained thoroughly all the papers. I met Kevin and Brian in the Service Department, they answered any questions I had, it was like they were all a Big Family. I have a Beautiful car that runs Great! So like Alex said I drove my new car home that day! Some dealerships you have to spend your whole day there....but not at Prestige in Westport! The day that my car broke I had a new car and was driving my new car home after about 4 hours that same day! Everyone at this location really worked together like a well oiled machine! It was a Great experience and I want to Thank everyone I dealt with for making this happen! I will be recommending Prestige of Westport to my friends and family! Definitely a 5 star experience! More

Additional bonus was the wife and I were able to say hello to Jeff who we knew from when our kids were in school. Overall a great experience. Alex totally got what we needed and were looking for. He was patient and was easy to work with. So much so, everytime he worked numbers or vehicles I told him I did not like him and that he was not helpful (in fact he was) The deal was so good, I could not say no - seriously. Fast, Easy, and a little bit of Money, Get a Car in No Time! So my car was on its last life, and in 3 days because of the weekend I got a car.
