It was a pleasure working with Michael Jackson and RJ, they are easy to work with and very transparent. This was the second time in about two months we needed to purchase a vehicle. If it wasn't for them they are easy to work with and very transparent. This was the second time in about two months we needed to purchase a vehicle. If it wasn't for them we would purchase elsewhere. Finance, we understand they need to make money through their options but we feel both times the person has been rude and unprofessional. The first time this person asked us if we had money in the bank for the check we wrote. We let it fly though it felt like profiling - does he ask this question of everyone that pays cash? In the second experience, the same person was making a big deal out of a simple request because he did not want me to use my financing! Gave me a hard time with simple requests to get a buyer's order as my lender wanted. He acted very unprofessionally being loud and dismissive of my requests. I did ask to work with someone else to complete the finance paperwork and that went better. We'll buy from Riata again because his insolence does not intimidate us, this is a good dealership. More
