I like the personal attention that I get when I bring my car in for oil changes and other services I was blindsided by the price of my oil change this time I usually play 62 hours. My oil change time was over 100 but Dentist counted to 90 I cannot afford to pay this amount for my oil changes. Unfortunately, I will have to look and go elsewhere, which really a shame. More

Very disappointed with my recent service. My 2021 CR-V (with only 6,300 miles on it and well within the warranty) back-up camera's bracket (which attaches it to the tailgate) had broken so th My 2021 CR-V (with only 6,300 miles on it and well within the warranty) back-up camera's bracket (which attaches it to the tailgate) had broken so the camera was pointing down at the pavement instead of outward. The service guys said it couldn't be repaired and wasn't covered under warranty. Replacement would be $425. In the past 19 years I have leased 10 Honda vehicles (4 from this particular dealer), and it seemed to me that keeping a loyal, repeat customer such as myself would be a priority. Apparently not. On to Subaru for my next vehicle. More
