Lucy was our sales representative who was very knowledgeable of the Honda line up. She treated us with respect and listened to what my wife and were looking for. I needed a truck and my wife neede knowledgeable of the Honda line up. She treated us with respect and listened to what my wife and were looking for. I needed a truck and my wife needed to be able drive it. Being of retirement age our needs have changed. We had a 2021 Honda CRV and a 2021 Ford F-150 Super Crew Cab with both having very low mileage. Doing my research I pretty much knew what the trade in values would be. Lucy showed us several Passports and several Ridgelines. Because I pull a bass boat and always find new home projects to do the Ridgeline is what we chose. After getting the appraisals back it wasn’t hard to exchange keys and we drove home in a 2026 Black Ridgeline Black Edition, (all the bells and whistles)! I have to say Lucy is on top of her game. Her customer service far exceeded my expectations. Her time spent getting our new vehicle ready and taking the time to explain the new technology these vehicles have was more than expected. Over the past 50 years I’ve purchased countless new vehicles including 7 Hondas and this purchase has been the best. Thanks Lucy and thanks Space Coast Honda. More

Frustrated with Misdiagnosis and Extra CostsReview:“My wife and I had a frustrating experience with this Honda dealership. The battery light on our vehicle kept coming on and off while she was driving. We wife and I had a frustrating experience with this Honda dealership. The battery light on our vehicle kept coming on and off while she was driving. We took it in, and they ran a diagnostic, saying they weren’t sure if it was the alternator but found oil leaking onto it. They claimed the alternator was fine but suggested the belt tensioner might be slipping, causing the issue. After spending $2,500 on repairs, I got the car back, and the battery light came on again—then went off. To test it, I had my wife turn on all accessories (seat heaters, AC on high), and the light came back on. When she turned everything off, it went off again—clearly a sign of a failing charging system, likely the alternator. I’m upset Honda didn’t properly troubleshoot this the first time. We had to bring it back, costing another $1,000 to finally fix what should’ve been caught initially. Their ‘guess and check’ approach wasted my time and money—$3,500 total when it could’ve been less if they’d diagnosed the bad alternator from the start. The service was polite, but the technical expertise fell short. I expected better from Honda.” More
