I enjoyed that Phil was very honest through the whole process and did not pressure me - he gave me the time needed to reflect on my choices and the information about the financing. Having no experience with car problems (and listening to other people tell horror stories about other dealers), I was apprehensive about going back but they really stand behind their vehicles. Jeff and Rob were genuinely upset that I had a problem and insisted that I bring it back in so they could make it right. They made sure that it got over to the service department and fixed. Anyone can sell a vehicle, not everyone stands behind the sale. These are men of their word. It didn’t matter that I hadn’t spent a huge amount of money; they treated me as if I had. They went above and beyond to make it right and make sure that I left as happy with the car as the first time. More

I had never been to Capital Ford before this experience. My husband had recently totalled my vehicle, which I loved, so I was less than happy about having to buy a new one. That all changed once Phil put me in a 2013 Ford Escape. I immediately knew that I LOVED this vehicle! But the first thought through my mind was "How could I ever afford this?! Why would be put me in something so extravagant??" I quickly realized that this dealership's prices were THOUSANDS lower than comparable vehicles anywhere else that I could find and that yes, this amazing vehicle WAS within my pricerange! I was a bit of a difficult customer, insisting that I take a night to sleep on my decision, but Phil understood. Phil ALSO understood when I decided VERY LATE in the buying process that the color just wasn't for me! No problem! He switched me to a color that fit my taste in no time at all and that night I drove home my new Ford Escape Titanium, so happy and confident in the choice that I had made. Thank you so much to Phil and the team at Capital Ford, I love my new ride and I'm so proud to show it off. I will certainly refer any friends and family that may be looking to this dealership and particularly, to Phil. More
