I decided on making my purchase at Capital Ford after doing lot's of comparisons between other dealerships in Saskatoon, Moose Jaw & Regina. I orginally went in with the intention of buying a Ford Explorer, as it was within the same price as some of the Ford Edge's (which is what I owned). I liked the idea of being able to purchase a larger vehicle for the same price, although I didn't need to upgrade in size. I dealt one-on-one with Jeff and Craig, who's customer service was beyond exceptional! Unfortunately the Explorer did not work out in my favor, so both Jeff and Craig made sure that I left as a happy customer and that I did. They listened to what I was looking for and within the price I wanted to pay. Which resulted in my purchase of a new Edge that I am beyond happy with, that has all the features I wanted plus more and in my price point. Any questions or concerns I had, Jeff and Craig were quick to answer and if they were unsure got back to me right away with the appropriate answer. They follow-up on their committments and go the extra mile to ensure you are a happy and satisfied customer. I have nothing but positive things to say about my entire experience with my purchase at Capital Ford and have happily shared that with friends and family. I went in with a problem that I had with another Ford dealership in Regina, that should have been dealt with but was not handled correctly or professionally at all. At Capital Ford Lincoln they explained dealership in Regina, that should have been dealt with but was not handled correctly or professionally at all. At Capital Ford Lincoln they explained to me what the situation was, and they came up with a proper solution to the problem. I ended up getting a much better deal at Capital Ford Lincoln than the other Ford dealership was willing to go to, and even after purchasing my 2013 Ford Focus from Capital Ford, the other Ford dealership still hassles me about the other car I tested. I would 100% without a doubt recommend Capital Ford Lincoln to anybody I know looking to buy a new car. My Product Specialist Dustin Woytas was especially helpful! More

This is my 2nd new F150 within the last 2 years. After looking at different truck variations, I sat down with the sales personnel and was offered a deal I couldn't refuse. I am extremely happy with my new F150 and recommend to all to give the sales department at Capitol a chance to earn your business. I intend on keeping this F150 for several years before my next purchase, but when that time comes, I know I will be returning to Capitol Ford for the next purchase. More

This was a return visit to Capital Ford to see Craig as we had purchased a new Ford F150 in January and were so pleased with the service we got , we returned when it was time to trade in out Pathfinder and we had purchased a new Ford F150 in January and were so pleased with the service we got , we returned when it was time to trade in out Pathfinder and get another vehicle. We went with intentions of just looking to see what I liked and was leaning towards a Focus or a Fusion and ended up buyting something else. I looked at the C-Max Hybrid adn imediately liked the ease of entry, the look and the attributes of this Hybrid. Took it for a test drive and fell in love ... took out a Fusion as well, and not so much! Craid was never pushy or never once rushed us into our decision, but I liked the C-Max so much that within a few days ... she was mine! Even though it did not have all the features I originally wanted in a new vehicle ... what it did come with was just as good! Craid was not to familiar with the attributes of the Hybrid since it was so new, but when we returned the next day to take for another test drive he had done extensive research and was able to tell me way more features and benefits of the C-Max! Since our purchase if I have had any little question ... Craig is right there to answer them or find th esnaser for me. Amazing service by all those involved in my new Hybrid purchase and would definatley recomend Craig, Jeff and Jilles and Capital Ford to anyone! More

We were very happy with the Escape that we bought. Ryan, did a wonderful job at explaining all of the models we were looking at. He has been excellent with Customer Service and follow up. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was what we perceived as lack of communication between the Sales Manager and the Finance guy. The Sales Manger went over things and stated that the Finance person would explain some areas in better detail and once we were with the Finance guy, he had assumed that things had been explained to us , so we had to ask him to slow down and explain some things to us. This was in the area of what the ProPack was. Other then that our whole experience was wonderful and we would feel comfortable recomending this dealership to others. More

Ryan was respectful, extremely helpful and patient. The staff were all knowledgeable in respect to their area of expertise and they were all very kind. There were a couple small problems with the vehicle and they had no problem writing it as a condition of sale for us to book an appt and bring the vehicle back to have these things corrected at no cost to ourselves. So we went away pretty happy that we got our money's worth, the car of my daughter's dreams, and peace of mind that we would be looked after in the future. I would advise anyone interested in new or used vehicles to use Capital Ford Lincoln when searching for a vvehicle. More
