They helped me find the vehicle I wanted, while the other kia dealer said we had to order and wait the 9 months. When I picked up the vehicle it seemed like a quick review of all the electronics. I had the car inspected by another shop before towing it to Kia for them to inspect for a warranty claim. Since I already knew the issue with the car, I was treated to the service dept repeatedly gave me in to Kia for them to inspect for a warranty claim. Since I already knew the issue with the car, I was treated to the service dept repeatedly gave me incorrect information about what was broken. They also repeatedly did not answer the phone, only for me to call the receptuon desk and be routed to the service dept and immediately answered, meaning they were right by the phone the whole time. I was also assured when I first turned the car over that I would not be charged for the inspection sincr I told them what was wrong with the car when I brought it to them. Needless to say I was eventually charged for them to tell me things I already knew. I would call the service hilariously bad but as I am out over 300 dollars and several weeks of my life, there was nothing funny about it. In short I'd call their service negilent. More
