communication was non existent. I dropped it off in the AM had to call at the end of the day for an update because she never called me. She called and said it would cost $1700 est, I asked if they can do something with that price and when she called back she said they got it down to $1500 est. I agreed. I was finally able to pick it up Friday morning. The price was $1604. When she quoted me I assumed that was the total Price but she failed to mention the tax. She needs to be more detailed talking to customers. Plus the one time I called she acted like she had no clue what was going on. BTW I never dealt with Tim or Jeff so I’m Going to rate them a 1. I dealt with Margaret Quick, I think. More

My car shuts off while driving down the road and they can’t fix it. It has happened 4 times and the car is returned to me by service dept not finding anything and it then shuts down within a couple days can’t fix it. The last time they thought it was a grounding wire issue only for the car to go dead while sitting in my driveway 3 hours after bringing it home. It then shut off the next day while I was driving and I ended up stranded in a remote area. We own 3 Jeep vehicles and this one is no longer reliable to take anywhere. More
