From the time we got out of our car and he waved to us as we came into the showroom floor, and all through out the car buying process. Jeff told me about the Chevy Volt over the phone and how immaculate it was. We had driver for an hour from Burnsville to get to the dealership in Buffalo and we were not disappointed. The Volt was in beautiful shape as Jeff said and we couldn't wait to drive it home. Now I can drive to work and back on all electric with this awesome Chevy Volt. More

Good, but depending on who you talk too! I went into this dealership know some problematic individuals (Jeff Nelson), so I avoided him based on personal experience. Then I talked to Steve N. I went into this dealership know some problematic individuals (Jeff Nelson), so I avoided him based on personal experience. Then I talked to Steve N. He was very nice but new to the process. I was buying my first car and just wanted someone who was familiar with the process. Doug was very helpful since I started with him. My only complaint is that I didn't get a final offer until I was in the business office signing the papers. There is something that this dealership offers on all of their vehicles but came up on every statement I was given including the final one. I had told them to take this $300 feature off, even in the end. Other than that Doug was very helpful and nice. I would recommend him. More
