Jeff Nelson was very helpful I had stopped in to look at this the week before and spoke with Jeff Nelson. After talking it over we decided to go look atv it on Saturday but Jeff was busy. We were not that satisfied with another salesman we dealt with and ended up leaving. After talking it over we decided to go back on Monday and speak with Jeff and he was very helpful in resolving a few issues we had with the vehicle before we purchased and wanted to make sure we got the right vehicle for our family and was very nice to our youngest daughter as well. The manager? gave us a tour and explained a few add one and then we meet with Jeff S from finance. He was also very helpful and explained how the extended warranty worked versus gettinb it certified etc., he also was very nice to our youngest daughter and got us out pretty quick once he had the app submitted for the financing. After the papers were signed Jeff N, showed us how to work everything (it's all computerized now and programmed my Bluetooth etc.) And then asked Kinzie to show him how to do her fidget spinner, so she gave him a quick lesson. Over all it was a good experience and we got a vehicle our family likes. More
