Jeff has been in the automobile business since 1976 and at Koons since 1997. Jeff has been tops in leasing, sales, and customer satisfaction every year. He believes that customer satisfaction is the key to repeat business. Jeff feels that Koons is head and shoulders above any other company that he has ever worked for. Jeff has been happily married since 1986 and has a daughter who graduated from the University of Virginia in the spring 2010 and is now attending law school. Jeff is a Philadelphia sports fan and especially likes the Phillies and Eagles.

Update: It's 9/10/24, Niles was to overnight me paperwork on 8/27/24 and still no paperwork. Temp tags are expiring for 7th time. I contacted Koons rather irritated, i did you the term "This xxxx paperwork on 8/27/24 and still no paperwork. Temp tags are expiring for 7th time. I contacted Koons rather irritated, i did you the term "This xxxx needs to get done". I believe after almost 7 months I get to use a curse word. They didnt like that word and Accounting Dept placed me o "hold". As i type this still on hold for 14 mins and counting. Beforeplaced on hold they said they are not getting email responce from Finance. I suggested to the Accounting dept they need to walk to an office to get a personal responce. She said she would send ANOTHER email. Hold time now 18+ min.... More

DO NOT TRUST THEM! !!!! Terrible customer service. Multiple salesMEN treated me terribly and lied to me . I found the car I wanted online and called about it. Eddie s !!!! Terrible customer service. Multiple salesMEN treated me terribly and lied to me . I found the car I wanted online and called about it. Eddie said Friday evening he would work out some numbers and call me back that evening. I called in the morning and someone else (Chris) picked up where he left off and said Eddie would call when he was out of the meeting. I called two hours later and Eddie and Chris worked out the final details and we agreed on a number. Eddie said he would call back in about 30 minutes with the details after the paper work was done so I could set up a wire transfer. I was elated. I continued to delay and disrupt my plans for the day and called 2 hours later. I got the run around and they said he would call when the opened on Sunday. I called Sunday and hear Eddie said "Sorry, the car sold". They flat out lied to me, and in the mean time kept me from going out of town to see another car I'd set up and test drive for. You know they effort that goes into picking car you are willing to spend 26K on- they are just xxxxty xxxxxxxx. I don't know why I trusted them. More

This place is xxxxxxxx. I bought a car on June 16 and my tire sensor light came on and ever since I bought the car it’s been in there “shop” getting fixed. The lack of communication is horrible. They have told me week after week that the car was going to be finish and it’s been dragged on for weeks now. Told me it was gonna be done one a certain day and it wasn’t. This happen multiple of times.My first time buying a car and this has been my worst experience. It’s been a month now with no car and my first payment coming up. I’m So glad to be the owner of a new car that I havnt had. I’m beyond Pissed and the fact I have left multiple voice messages to the manager and not one person has reached out. More

After reviewing features called salesperson back to finish the sale and they raised the pri through this dealership. Asked them to send the sticker. I had the worst experience today at this dealership I was not told about previous damage on the car I bought a warranty that they told me that was bumper-to-bumper found out it wasn't brother Chevy truck the not told about previous damage on the car I bought a warranty that they told me that was bumper-to-bumper found out it wasn't brother Chevy truck they sold me a Ford warranty and didn't want to honor the work under the warranty told me to go to the Chevy dealer and go through my warranty company they was Ray untrustworthy they gave me a Carfax report that did not indicate any damage on the truck spoke with the manager ask him to give me my money back for the warranty I paid for refuse to return it to me say he was sending it to the bank other people that's fine xxx in the truck why would you sell somebody something that you already know that was in a accident and then that update the carfax report and didn't tell me that they got the car from the auction bias need to beware More

Stay Away from Koons Falls Church Sales persons that lie about the vehicles they are selling and try to hide defaults. Operators that intentionally send you to phones with no one on Sales persons that lie about the vehicles they are selling and try to hide defaults. Operators that intentionally send you to phones with no one on them. Finance departments that lie and mis-sell products. End-to-end business plans that would make any crook happy. Save yourself the heartache and go to real dealership. With any luck this one will disappear. More

Beware! Bought a new Mustang that had undisclosed paint work I took delivery of my brand new 2018 Mustang Shelby GT350-R under Koons' canopy 9/4/18. When I got home, I and others noticed the right front fender d I took delivery of my brand new 2018 Mustang Shelby GT350-R under Koons' canopy 9/4/18. When I got home, I and others noticed the right front fender did not match the rest of the car. Koons barely communicates with me now. They have offered to have the fender repainted to match the rest of the car. Who wants a NEW car with a repainted fender that has been repainted again? I have asked for and should receive a refund. The level of lack of concern with Koons is astounding. More
