I can't say enough how wonderful this dealership is. Mr. Parham took all the time I needed to make sure I looked at all the vehicles I was interested in, and that the cost was acceptable for me. Mr. Parham was eager to help me and actually met me at the door when I arrived (I had previously made an appointment.) Larry was very helpful in going over all the details of my new vehicle and getting my bluetooth in sinc with my vehicle. He made sure that my ipass and city sticker were on my new car. Zac was very helpful in finalizing the contracts and presenting me with the 8 options available to me going into great detail about what each one was. I didn't purchase a new vehicle, I came in to refinance the vehicle I purchased last year. The service/customer service was GREAT. I wasn't too thrilled with your computer system. I had to locate the V.I.N # for a car that I purchased there I would have thought that my purchase details would have been saved on hand in the system.
