Just purchased a 2024 traverse! Guillermo Was our sales representative he was kind and friendly he took his time and answered all of our questions we had. We were indecisive between Guillermo Was our sales representative he was kind and friendly he took his time and answered all of our questions we had. We were indecisive between a couple of vehicles but that did not stop Guillermo from pulling up the vehicles for us and letting us go on test drives. He treated us with respect and wasn’t pushing us to hurry and make a decision or that we were wasting his time. When we went back to the finance department and met Jeff he was understanding and knew what we were trying to be at with our payments and helped us out tremendously and explained in detail all the different options they had and it all made sense we will always use these 2 guys at Chevy !! More
